‘New era’ for halal in Indonesia: Understanding the country’s new certification system

Indonesia is enforcing its new halal certification, with food and beverage the first area of focus as the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) takes over from the Indonesia Ulema Council (MUI).
