Ardent Mills' new Mobile Innovation Center features a state-of-the-art test kitchen and bakery equipped with a full suite of culinary and baking equipment as well as multipurpose meeting space with audiovisual capabilities.
The MIC brings ingredients and experts to customers, allowing product development teams to work with Ardent Mills’ employees and includes three training stations, several ovens, a walk-in refrigerator, freezer, and a flat-top grill.
