Under the theme of Trends and Innovation Opportunities Across the Life Stages, the summit will explore the very latest market opportunities across the region that is driving the growth of the global food, beverage and nutrition industries – Asia!

The summit will once again take place again in Singapore, at the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel and conference centre, from 26-28 September 2023.

On day one, we will be assessing Infant and Maternal Nutrition, and Women’s Health

On day two, we will be focusing on Active Nutrition, Protein Innovation, and Men’s Health.

And on day three we’ll be shining the spotlight on Healthy Ageing and Personalised Nutrition and Future Food Innovation.

On day three, Mikio Aoki Senior General Manager of Future Business Development Department at Suntory will deliver a keynote titled Personalised nutrition potential: Strategies for sales success and true personalisation in the fragmented Japanese market’.

He said: “Suntory delivers health and wellness products to a total of over 2 million customers annually. In recent years, it has observed increasing interest in personalised services in Japan, with the rise of start-ups and the entry of major companies into the market. However, this market is in the process of expansion, and there is still no single dominant player. As for the level of personalisation, many of the products on the market are semi-mass products, and it will take time to achieve full personalisation.”

Key takeaways will include

  • The challenges and opportunities in moving from semi-mass products to full personalisation
  • How Suntory’s collaboration with Rem3dy Health can deliver highly personalised products in Japan
