Krispy Kreme Doughnuts announced an agreement to develop 15 franchise locations in Singapore over the next five years.
It’s partner, Star360 Group, already operates a variety of retail outlets across East and Southeast Asia.
“Singaporeans have long been doughnut-lovers, said Andy Chaw, CEO of Star360 Group.
“We are quickly approaching 500 stores in our international markets. This new Singapore agreement, combined with our other recently announced development agreements, means Krispy Kreme now has commitments for almost 400 additional international store locations,” said Jeff Welch, Krispy Kreme’s president of international opertations.
In the Asia-Pacific region, Krispy Kreme is already present in Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea and Thailand.
