Today we can reveal the updated agenda for the 2020 Healthy Ageing APAC Summit, which takes place in Singapore in July, and features a raft of big-name brands and international academic experts.

The event, which comes from the premise that healthy ageing is a lifelong endeavour, assesses the food, beverage and nutrition opportunities created by the region’s rapidly ageing population of today, and crucially, tomorrow.

Organised by FoodNavigator-Asia and NutraIngredients Asia, it features a stellar line-up of confirmed speakers including representatives from major brands Blackmores, Watsons, Nestle, Brands Suntory, NTUC, Nippn and Cerecin, alongside leading academics and market experts.

The event, now in its third year, was originally due to be held in July, but was rearranged to November in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will take place from November 10-12 at the Hilton in Singapore.

Editor-in-Chief of both titles, and Regional Head: APAC at publisher William Reed, Gary Scattergood, said: "We are delighted to announce that the vast majority of confirmed speakers have confirmed their availability for the new dates.

"With the number of people over 60 in APAC set to more than double to 1.3billion people by 2050, we are very much looking to once again shining the spotlight on the immense potential that exist for the food, beverage and nutrition sectors, both among the ageing population of today, and tomorrow.”
