FoodNavigator-Asia is back from a great 2012 Vitafoods show in Geneva, with plenty of exclusive industry insight and interviews on the way.
The team caught up with Chinese, Korean and Indian businesses – all exhibiting in country-specific pavilions.
We spoke exclusively to Mintel on a new trend set overhaul business with Asia as we know it and chatted to big industry names like Chr Hansen, Fenchem and Vésale Pharma on strategies used when working in Asia’s vast health and nutrition market.
Asian business presence was strong considering it was a European show – with many of the smaller businesses identifying it as an opportunity to expose themselves to the ‘great opportunities’ of the EU market.
