It is now extending its product portfolio to include fruit and vegetable powder products and concentrate paste products, including tomato and carrot powders as well as cherry tomato pastes.
The new products will be produced in two new facilities: One centre in Daqing for powder production and one in Zhaoyuan city for paste production.
The company hopes to produce 6,000 tons of fruit and vegetable powder products and 8,000 tons of cherry tomato concentrate paste products in the 2012 fiscal year.
Chairman and CEO of China Nutrifruit, Changjun Yu said: “The launch of our new powder and paste products marks another important milestone for China Nutrifruit. We believe these new products complement our current product portfolio and will help diversify our customer base.”
The company plans to eventually increase its powder and paste ranges further.
