Healthy or Safe ?

Major Indian meals are home cooked. The traditional 'thali' is perhaps an excellent example of nutrition balance and portion control - through the 5-6 vatis (cup)of two vegetables, pulses,lentil curry,curd,rice, two rotis. Unfortunately we are loosing out on this unique Indian habit.
